Lab pools company-wide expertise and paves the way for more software innovation through AI

After entering into a partnership with Snowflake, the move represents another logical step towards expanding SNP’s innovation leadership – an important pillar of its corporate strategy “Elevate.” The significant increase in customer value achieved by embracing AI and cloud technologies plays a key role here. As the first pilot of the innovation lab, SNP presented the next generation of system analysis at its in-house event Transformation World and received very positive feedback from both partners and customers.

AI is high on the innovation agenda of our customers, and for good reason,” says Gregor Stöckler, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of SNP. “By establishing the lab in-house, we are deliberately taking a different approach to many large companies in our industry, which increase their innovative strength through investments and acquisitions. We want to innovate sustainably and offer our customers and partners a good combination of both tried-and-tested and state-of-the-art technologies.”
