Chris Peck to join SNP, responsible for strategic engagements in JAPAC region

Heidelberg, Germany I Brisbane, Australia, November 8, 2024 – Heidelberg-based software and consulting company SNP SE is continuing its strategic growth in the international market. The leading provider of software for digital transformation, automated data migration, and data management in the SAP environment today announced that Chris Peck is joining the leadership team and will be responsible for strategic engagements in the JAPAC region, focusing on Australia and New Zealand. Effective immediately, the former SAP executive leader, and Deloitte consultant will support SNP’s expansion in the region. In this newly created position, Chris will be leading strategic customer engagements across JAPAC, especially in the ANZ market. His responsibilities include driving sustainable growth while delivering the best possible business outcomes for customers and partners. Chris will report to Phillip Miltiades, President and Managing Director of the Asia-Pacific region for SNP.

For more than 20 years, Chris has worked at SAP Australia & New Zealand in different roles, most recently as Head of Cloud Success Services (CSS). He brings vast experience in leading large and innovative digital transformation projects within industrial and public sectors, with a strong focus on ERP, project implementation, and cloud solutions. Chris was instrumental in leading the SAP teams to build close relationships with customers and the wider SAP ecosystem of partners. Prior to his appointment as Head of CSS, Chris was Executive General Manager of Public Services, providing strategic advice to federal, state, and local government organizations to ensure they take advantage of new intelligent technologies.

SNP confirms preliminary figures for the third quarter 2024 and remains on its growth path

Heidelberg, Germany, November 7, 2024 – SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner SE, a leading global provider of software for digital transformation, automated data migration and data management in the SAP environment, today published its results for the third quarter of 2024. Following the record results in the first half of the year, the growth course continued in the third quarter. Order entry rose by 24% to €74.9 million (Q3 2023: €60.2 million). Group revenues grew by 24% to €66.8 million (Q3 2023: €54.1 million). EBIT improved significantly to €8.2 million (Q3 2023: €4.8 million) and the EBIT margin climbed to 12.2% (Q3 2023: 8.9%).

Significant increase of revenue and earnings in the third quarter – Further raise of full-year guidance 2024

Heidelberg, Germany, October 16, 2024 – SNP, a leading global provider of software for digital transformation, automated data migration and data management in the SAP environment, recorded another outstanding business performance: According to preliminary figures, the company increased order entry by 24% to around € 75 million in the third quarter of 2024, compared to € 60.2 million in the same quarter of the previous year. Revenue rose by 24% to around € 67 million in the same period, compared to € 54.1 million in the third quarter of 2023. EBIT also improved significantly, rising from € 4.8 million in the previous year to approximately € 8 million, which corresponds to an EBIT margin of around 12% (previous year: 8.9%).

SNP reports record Q2 2024 results driven by strong partner business and software sales

Heidelberg, Germany, August 8, 2024 – SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner SE, a leading global provider of software for digital transformation, automated data migration and data management in the SAP environment, today published its half-year report for the 2024 financial year. After a very good start to the year in the first quarter, the company was also able to capitalize on the momentum in the second quarter and achieved record figures across all key financial metrics. Key drivers of the successful business development were the strong partner business and increased software sales. Revenue was up 28% to € 62.0 million, and EBIT improved from € 1.0 million to € 8.4 million. The EBIT margin increased accordingly by 11.5 percentage points to 13.6%. Supported by several new major client wins, order entry reached € 74.1 million (+45% compared to Q2 2023).
