RISE with SAP drives innovation and digital transformation at OnCity, Crédito Argentino and Conmega

OnCity, Crédito Argentino and Conmega

OnCity, Crédito Argentino and Conmega, leading companies in the retail industry and non-banking financial services, decided to modernize their technological infrastructure by implementing S/4HANA powered by RISE with SAP. The main objectives were to standardize administrative processes, improve data traceability and optimize operations.

Deploying RISE with SAP at OnCity, Crédito Argentino and Conmega with minimal business disruption

To accomplish the strategic objectives of OnCity, CréditoArgentino and Conmega, the first step was to implement a management system to standardize administrative processes and provide end-to-end traceability.

Their key requirement was to run all administrative processes entirely in SAP. To do so, they were looking for a robust, flexible tool that would provide scope for technological innovation and facilitate their daily activities.

SNP proposed implementing the latest version of SAP S/4HANA based on RISE with SAP. The project included the introduction of the Back Office solution (modules: FI, CO, MM).

In August 2022, the companies began to take their first steps towards SAP ERP and started to improve their standardization.

Moving to SAP: A phased approach for long-term success

In the first phase, only the Back Office solution was implemented in one go-live for each company: OnCity, Crédito Argentino and Conmega. In addition, SNP migrated the companies to the upgraded SAP system with around 5,000 vendors and more than 5,000 items.

In a second phase, SNP introduced the retail and banking solutions.

Good teamwork and close collaboration with the customer’s project lead were essential to accelerate processes and drive the project forward. In addition, adopting the best practices of the market was a key factor in ensuring the efficiency and success of the project.

The go-lives were completed successfully. Since May 2024, OnCity, Crédito Argentino and Conmega have been using SAP S/4HANA powered by RISE with SAP.

The companies now have a future-proof system that enhances their operational efficiency and scalability. This project showcases how SNP continues to empower companies to succeed in their digital transformation.
