We help our customers to adapt their SAP system landscapes to new requirements. The goal of our team is to develop the perfect solution for our internationally operating customers in order to achieve their stated objective and carry out the project efficiently and successfully. This often includes exciting challenges such as the move to SAP S/4HANA®, a system merge or carve-out – as a result of mergers, acquisitions or divestitures – or the move to the cloud. Our experts transform our customers’ systems in a time-saving and cost-efficient manner using our in-house software CrystalBridge® – The Data Transformation Platform and the SNP BLUEFIELD™ approach.

Consulting at SNP includes the following areas:

 

  • Technical transformation consulting: consulting in SAP transformation projects with a particular focus on the technical implementation of the data migration
  • Transformation business consulting: consulting in SAP transformation projects with a particular focus on devising changes to business processes
  • IT process consulting (SAP Solution Manager): consulting for customers with a particular focus on optimizing and implementing their IT processes
  • Custom development: designing, devising and implementing adaptations and enhancements of ABAP developments in SAP transformation projects

Project Management at SNP

Our project managers are responsible for operationally planning and steering projects. They are the first point of contact for our customers and everyone else involved in projects on all things relating to project implementation. In addition to technical expertise in one or more of the above-mentioned areas, strong project management skills and a high level of stress tolerance are required, as this position entails a great deal of responsibility.
