SNP was founded in Heidelberg, Germany, where our global headquarters remain today. What started as a local company has grown into a global team of over 1,500 colleagues, spread across 30 locations in 17 countries.

From the beginning, we’ve been helping businesses unlock the full potential of their data. Our software and consulting services guide companies through complex SAP projects, including S/4HANA migrations, mergers, system optimizations, cloud integrations, and decommissioning of legacy systems. Our program Activate! is a unique internal initiative at SNP designed to harness global talent and drive innovation. Each year, 15 talented individuals from across the globe are nominated to participate in this year-long program, where they collaborate on three critical topics. Together, they identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions that have the potential to shape the future of our company.

The program culminates in a presentation to our board, where solutions are evaluated for potential implementation—either in part or in full. We’re proud of our colleagues for embracing this journey and look forward to seeing how their ideas will shape the future of SNP!

Relay race like no other: How enthusiasts from SNP created the Liptov Ride

It all started as a joke – the idea to organize a one-of-a-kind relay race combining winter and summer disciplines. “Be more” journey Kathrin Seeböck

Following my training as an industrial clerk, it was clear to me that this was not the end of my professional career. I found out about SNP the old-fashioned way, via a newspaper advert, and decided to pursue a dual degree in business administration with a specialization in services marketing. During my studies, I already took on a number of responsibilities: These included setting up online recruiting for SNP on my own using specialist literature and web research. I felt that SNP gives you a lot of freedom to perform your tasks, but you can always ask someone for help. And after graduating in 2003, many opportunities still lay ahead of me at SNP...

I started my journey at SNP in 2019 as a fleet manager. This was not only my first job in Germany after studying business administration in my home country, but also the start of a new chapter in my life. I was warmly welcomed into the team straight away. Colleagues quickly became friends that I can still count on today. In a very short time, I not only learned a lot, but also had the chance to assume responsibility. SNP believed in me and my abilities.

“Be more” journey Werner Judt

I didn’t originally plan to change jobs. I came across SNP by chance in 2017 and quickly became convinced that they were the right employer for me. Thanks to SNP’s hands-on mentality during the onboarding process, it didn’t take me long to start supporting existing customers on my own and acquiring new customers. This ultimately led to me assuming responsibility for one of the largest global customers as a key account manager after just a few months.
