SNP appoints Phillip Miltiades as President of the Asia-Pacific region continuing its global growth strategy

Heidelberg, Germany I Singapore, February 27, 2024 – The Heidelberg-based software and consulting company SNP SE is continuing its strategic transformation. The leading provider of software for digital transformation, automated data migration and data management in the SAP environment has appointed Phillip Miltiades as the new President and Managing Director of the Asia-Pacific region. Effective immediately, the former SAP manager complements and strengthens the SNP executive leadership team, bringing decades of delivery experience and industry knowledge as well as extensive go-to-market expertise encompassing sales, partner management and operations. Phillip takes over from Alexander Arnold, who has held the position as Managing Director of the region on an interim basis since September 2023 and is returning to his global role as Chief Revenue Officer full-time.

Phillip will emphasize accelerating core markets across the region, with a focus on leveraging strategic partnerships while creating concrete and enduring engagements with customers to enable agile transformations and business outcomes. His previous responsibilities include Chief Sales Officer and President APJ at SUSE, and COO Digital Core, and VP S/4HANA Cloud at SAP in APJ. In addition, as VP SAP HEC & Managed Services APJ, he was responsible for the precursor to SAP RISE, which involved the incubation and growth of SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud and the application management services business across the APJ region. This experience and Phillip’s global and regional network will not only support sustainable growth and scale the business, but also help to accelerate business outcomes for customers and partners.
