SNP and Delaware Further Simplify SAP S/4HANA Migration
Kortrijk, Belgium / Heidelberg, Germany, January 25, 2021 – delaware, a global IT and management consulting services provider and niche player in the 2020 Gartner Magic Quadrant for SAP S/4HANA Application Services worldwide, and SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner SE, a world-leading provider of software solutions for digital transformation processes and automated data migrations in the SAP environment, are joining forces to make migrating to SAP S/4HANA easier, faster and more secure. The agreement concerns the use of SNP’s CrystalBridge® software and the knowledge embedded: a data transformation platform that allows enterprises running on SAP to simultaneously migrate and update their data in a single go-live project.

The strategic partnership is part of delaware’s continued efforts to reduce the complexity, turnaround time and risks of SAP S/4HANA migrations, both for midsize and large enterprises. “Many companies today are confronted with complex transformation projects concerning SAP S/4HANA,” says Folker Lamote, partner at delaware. “With CrystalBridge, we can add another unique approach to our portfolio, in line with our shared ambition of offering clients the best possible solution for their unique needs. This goes for our installed base of over 150 customers, but equally for organizations still new to us.”
CrystalBridge® allows for the unique SNP BLUEFIELD™ selective data migration approach. “By separating the system from its data, the technical migration process is greatly simplified. Structural changes become an option, providing the same flexibility as in a completely new implementation. Selective data replication into the new S/4HANA system ensures all necessary data remains available, without lengthy downtime,” Folker explains. “We also expect shorter project timelines, thus causing fewer interruptions for other business-critical projects.”
By partnering up with delaware, SNP significantly expands the reach of its data transformation platform in the Benelux and France region, where many major enterprises are increasingly confronted with the need to upgrade to SAP S/4HANA. Thilo Nagler, Managing Director and Vice President of Sales CEU at SNP, says: “We very much look forward to the cooperation. As a recognized expert in the medium-sized market segment, with close customer relationships and ambitious growth targets, delaware is a very attractive partner for us. Together, we want to position ourselves strongly in the market for IT and business transformations, especially in Belgium and France, but thanks to the global activities of both delaware and SNP, we can also look beyond the region and serve customers worldwide.”
For delaware, the agreement expands the range of migration possibilities its experts can offer to enterprises of all shapes and sizes, with the goal of finding the ideal scenario for each individual case.
