Die SAP S/4HANA-Migration von Pfizer wurde fristgerecht und innerhalb des Budgets abgeschlossen. Alle wichtigen Metriken wurden erfüllt, darunter auch das Timing des Cutover und die Dauer der Datenmigration. Die Migration, die an nur einem Go-live-Wochenende umgesetzt wurde, konnte dank einer umfangreichen Planung und zahlreichen Testläufen bei minimalen Geschäftsunterbrechungen umgesetzt werden.

Selektive Datenmigration nach SAP S/4HANA bei Cibra durch SNP und delaware

Um die betriebliche Effizienz zu steigern, Prozesse zu automatisieren und eine genauere Datenanalyse in Echtzeit zu ermöglichen, entschied sich Cibra für die Einführung von SAP S/4HANA.
